Karen McDermott is the General Manager of Matthews.ie.
She has been with Matthews.ie for 13 years and prior to her appointment as General Manager, Karen was the company’s Sales and Marketing Manager.
Karen also directed operations in the finance department.
She holds a Bachelors Degree in Business Studies, Business Management, Marketing and Related Support Services and is also a graduate of Accounting Technicians Ireland.
Karen brings a strong focus on customer experience, and is dedicated to preserving and enhancing Matthews.ie’s reputation for excellence.
Under her direction, the Matthews.ie Arts Showcase Initiative won Best Use of Creativity in the Community in the 25th Allianz Business To Arts Awards.
